The employee here is amazing, they help with everything. None of the workers in other hotels helped to carry the luggages but here they did. They let us leave our luggage even after we made a check out to see the city. Rooms were good but at night it was so cold, but reception is open all times this is uncommon in italy, totally recommend. 10 minutes to Santa Maria

Staff welcoming and cheerful. Very close to the station. Very clean. Abundant and varied breakfast available in a room with a picturesque view of the rooftop.

Location was very close to the train station. We got off the train, walked over, checked in and then went to do Florence things. The staff were all warm, accommodating people. When we checked in the lady at the front desk walked us to our room (I think there are less than 20 rooms in this hotel and ours was not hard to find). The breakfast was good. Croissants (fresh!), yogurt, bread, toast, fruit, coffee, juice etc. and lasted from 7:15-1000 so a nice long time.

The staff is really kind, it is close to the train station, very clean, and a great deal. I ask for a safe and clean property with kind staff. This place fits the bill; we are also a really low maintenance family and I don’t care if the furniture or room isn’t modern…I’m not moving in-just resting my head for a night or two. I find the whole setup charming & the elevator is the coolest thing-older style with wooden door and gate you can see through as you go up the floors-really neat!!

The station is only 350 m from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station. Extremely easy to locate and close to many central attractions and fast - food joints. The rooms were very clean, and all the facilities were well maintained. The hotel is on the second floor of a building with other hotels being on other floors. We were very pleased with the stay and the staff are extremely polite and sweet. The reception is open 24/7. Breakfast is simple but filling.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Its prime location makes it incredibly convenient, whether you’re exploring the city or simply enjoying a family vacation. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I traveled with my family for leisure, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a fantastic location. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

I really liked the size of the room. Also, the history of the palazzo was evident in the windows and the tile flooring. I love it when a buildings original features are maintained to be enjoyed for as long as possible. The location was very convenient. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very kind and helpful. The luggage dropoff/storage was a huge convenience.

The hotel is very close to the train station so you don't have to lug your baggage very far. The room was basic, but clean and big - when you go to Florence you don't really want to hang out in your room anyway. All sites are within walking distance. The breakfast has all the staples of European breakfast buffets - different kinds of coffee drinks, juice, pastry, cereal, yogurt, cheeses, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and speaks English.

Excellent Location, close to the station as we had desired as we had a lot of early trains to catch. We arrived a bit late as our flight was delayed but, the onsite check in staff was excellent and very helpful. He even helped with our room a/c needs. The breakfast had a lot of options and it was well stocked during hours of service and the staff was mindful of cleanliness. Having an elevator was a plus.
