A great hotel in a large building with other hotels in the same building and only a stone's throw from the train station, literally across the road! It has a great traditional old lift to get to the 2nd floor. We booked a quadruple room for our family of two adults and two teenagers and it was a great size with a large bathroom, desk, wardrobe and fridge/coffee maker. We had the breakfast with our booking and it was good with a lovely view of old world Florence! We had traditional ham/cheese with boiled eggs and there were pastries and toast. Plenty of juice and coffee and some fresh fruit. The hotel was clean and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The aircon was brilliant.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. Its prime location makes it incredibly convenient, whether you’re exploring the city or simply enjoying a family vacation. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I traveled with my family for leisure, and the experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and warmth made all the difference. Location was very close to the train station. We got off the train, walked over, checked in and then went to do Florence things. The staff were all warm, accommodating people. When we checked in the lady at the front desk walked us to our room (I think there are less than 20 rooms in this hotel and ours was not hard to find). The breakfast was good. Croissants (fresh!), yogurt, bread, toast, fruit, coffee, juice etc. and lasted from 7:15-1000 so a nice long time.

The station is only 350 m from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station. Extremely easy to locate and close to many central attractions and fast - food joints. The rooms were very clean, and all the facilities were well maintained. The hotel is on the second floor of a building with other hotels being on other floors. We were very pleased with the stay and the staff are extremely polite and sweet. The reception is open 24/7. Breakfast is simple but filling.

The hotel is very close to the train station so you don't have to lug your baggage very far. The room was basic, but clean and big - when you go to Florence you don't really want to hang out in your room anyway. All sites are within walking distance. The breakfast has all the staples of European breakfast buffets - different kinds of coffee drinks, juice, pastry, cereal, yogurt, cheeses, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and speaks English.
